Poor App
Newly signed to this program (the first stay doesn’t count? Nonsense!).
As for the App, there’s no info about the loyalty program (levels silver/gold/etc with related benefits, how to get points, spend points, etc), and very poor functionalities (e.g. no chance to navigate hotels/properties worldwide - you have to guess by digiting every time the destination...). And, one of the worst things, it logs you out every time...
In brief - this is a poor app for an improbable program. Please study the competition and improve it. You’ll push users to use it. Thank you.
