Still some iOS feature missing
The app is good but it can be better. Two of the missing important features are: possibility to save MEMOs from the Document section and the possibility to save attachment from Zendesk.

Not working for iPhone
For me it’s impossible to log in this app because I have iPhone, I prefer 100 times to have a roster like before on crewdock, to have a clear and visible plan like before. Hope that on the ecrew website the roster will be available like before.

The app is working now but the roster should be made available offline, screenshotable and not like one week on idp and the other 3 weeks on the roster

Impossible to log in
Is not possible to log in. It has been 6 months already that I can’t use it. Please fix the problem soon

Stressful.
This app is more than bad. For iPhone it takes ages to log in. When I want to read the fleet tweets I cannot because it is always stuck somehow. And when I finally reach to log in (after one hour), it goes back at the log in section again, like I didn’t. It is useless. Please, fix it, because we really need it for our job.

STILL Impossible to use on iPhone 8
Nothing has changed yet since my last negative comment about the functionality of this app. Please do something to fix the bugs or whatever coz it would be better for many of use to use the app right on our mobile phones than on vpos ! 🙏🏻

It’s a super useful app but mostly of the times doesn’t work properly. To let it work i have everytime to cancel and reinstall it. So please fix it!!!

Impossible to use
It used to work very very well until 1 month ago. Now it’s just impossible to use. It takes ages to log in, sometimes the login page keeps opening and crashing.
I can’t read anymore the compulsory readings directly form the app: I have to open crew dock form Safari. It shows a message 404 not found, while it was working perfectly before.
It’s super slow in general.
Fleet tweet keeps being impossible to use. Doesn’t mark as read the messages.
I can quote all other bad comments from other users.
Please do something... it was working perfectly before!!!

It never works
Weather I’ve got no problem using on the vpos, I can’t use it anymore on iOS. It won’t log in 90% of the times, even with perfect connection. If it does it’s super slow. I can’t use Fleet Tweet as it would show me always the same message to read, please make a swipe up way to read them as in the vpos, or at least a “read/not read” way to distinguish the messages as now there’s no way to know which ones I’ve read and which I’ve not. Plus, messages on my vpos device never match messages to read on my phone. It would be such a useful and great app if it only worked...!

Good idea but it’s not working properly
It takes ages to log in, even with perfect connection.
Fleet tweet is a total mess, it’s not normal to have over 1000 notifications when on the vPos you have 0! And why do we have notifications for the comments? I have to open a post a thousand times because someone commented “amazing”!
Try to fix this issues and it will be perfect

The app is not working very well from the iPhone.. it doesn’t always log in and when I read the fleet tweets it still marks it as unread
