Welcome to the new Therabody app brought to you by the makers of Theragun. The Therabody app connects to our brand new 4th generation Theragun Percussive Therapy devices (PRO, Elite, and Prime) via Bluetooth to deliver customized wellness routines based on your device’s health activity data. Our new app was also developed to work with previous Theragun Percussive Therapy models. The Therabody app utilizes Apple Health data, such as steps taken or sleep data to suggest wellness routines tailored to specific ailments, body parts, and activities. The Therabody app also records your Theragun activity to Apple Health so it can be utilized by your fitness ecosystem.
Each wellness routine is a step-by-step guide to using your device in a way that best suits your needs. While running a wellness routine, our dashboard will give you real-time feedback showing the areas of your body to focus on, the length of time you should treat each area, the most effective speed and the amount of pressure you should apply. You’ll have the ability to control your device’s speed through the app and are even able to save your favorite wellness routines directly to presets stored on your device for quick and easy access if you’re away from your mobile device.
Discover ways to relax and relieve muscle soreness, unlock your peak performance, recover faster and prevent bodily wear and tear. Our app will help show how to most efficiently and effectively use the Theragun device as well as unexpected ways you can incorporate it into your everyday life.
