Vergognoso
Facendo la videochiamata di riconoscimento, l’operatore si mostra altamente scortese e maleducato.
Nel momento in cui mi richiede la carta di identità gli mostro la mia cartacea e mi dice che non va bene in quanto non è elettronica. Non dispongo nè di passaporto nè di carta d’identità elettronica, quindi, a quanto pare, non ho diritto di creare un conto su bitpanda. Bah.
Dopo non aver accettato la carta di identità chiedo “può andare bene la patente?” non l’avessi mai chiesto. L’operatore risponde stizzito dicendo “se vai in banca ad aprire un conto corrente accettano la patente?!” (Come se in banca non accettassero la carta d’identità cartacea, lasciamo stare) dopodiché decido di chiudere la chiamata e lasciar stare questa applicazione. Bye bye, sconsiglio fortemente.
