DON’USE THIS APP. TICKETS DO NOT APPEAR!

Do not use this app tickets do not appear when you need them.

If you buy a ticket from this app and you correctly login, your tickets appear randomly except when you need them. Even if you have internet connection you cannot access your tickets when you need them. You can correctly see your position in the map but you have a permanent login error.

Moreover, is not clear here the bus station is.

NEVER USE.

Doesn’t work offline

The ticket is not downloaded, but stays in the cloud. It means that when there is no connection or the app fails to connect (and this happens of there with Arriva) you don’t have a ticket to show to the driver. Why doesn’t Attiva App use phone wallet functionalities?

Worst service ever, and worst drivers ever

Worst service ever, and the worst things are the drivers from Harlow to Stansted Airport, they are so RUDE!

How is possible that a company didn’t do nothing about this? Unbelievable.
