It is a highly customizable app that serves as a mood tracker, emotions tracker, energy tracker, symptom tracker, sleep tracker, medication & supplements reminders and tracker, gratitude journal, notes/diary, daily photos, food/diet and water tracker, weight tracker, physical activity tracker, blood pressure tracker, blood glucose tracker, heart rate tracker.

Your privacy is a top priority for us. We take all the necessary security measures to ensure it. All data in the app is encrypted and cannot be seen by anyone but yourself. You are in complete control and can export and delete everything at any time from within the app.
Subscription Pricing and Terms
Effecto offers two auto-renewing subscription options:
$29.99 every 3 months
$59.99 per year (that's $4.99 a month)
Payments and Renewal:
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Account settings at any time after purchase
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.
These prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.
The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. If you subscribe before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

Truffa!!! Don’t trust!
It’s a scam! Please be careful l’app non contiene niente speciale, non costa i soldi pagate, dopo non rispondono al reclamo e paypal non puoi tornare soldi indietro. Per favore state attenti

Truffa, non scaricate
Confermo tutte le recensioni negative. Pubblicità ingannevoli sui social che ti portano ad abbonarti (tramite loro e non tramite App Store, il quale garantirebbe altri termini di tutela e rimborso) anche solo per vedere di che si tratta. Bene si tratta di un app assolutamente inutile, completamente diversa da ciò che le pubblicità e il loro sito promettono. Impossibile ricevere un rimborso anche scrivendo al supporto o tramite PayPal. Truffa, state alla larga. Mi chiedo come l’app store non intervenga eliminando questa immondizia.

Ti fanno la pubblicità dicendoti che ti fanno un piano personalizzato contro il tuo disturbo.
Il tempo di pagare e ti arriva un file pdf di 36 pagine dove si parla tutto in generale è nulla di specifico. L’app non serve a nulla se non a tracciare quello che fai nell’ giornata e c’è ne sono molte altre di migliori gratis. Consiglio Fabulous App.
Se chiedi il rimborso dicono che non ne hai diritto. per legge tutti i servizi informatici venduti possono avere il rimborso entro 14 giorni dall’acquisto.

Bad service and mediocre product
I got the app to manage my ADHD better, as said in the advertisement, and when I discovered it was just a mood tracking app the costumer service refused to refund me. Be careful.
