The Mariners Medico Guide offers up-to-date, fast access and easy-to-use medical guidance. A comprehensive practical symptom-based approach to deal with medical issues onboard, guiding the medical officer to explore symptoms rather than consulting topic chapters in a textbook. Delivering guidance in a step-by-step approach and advising when and how to get expert medical advice from a maritime telemedical assistance service – TMAS or Medico.
It can be used on a desktop or mobile device, enabling user access to medical guidance even in remote parts of a ship. Free of charge and downloadable for use offline anywhere in the world, even mid-ocean.
