Titan is the world's most comprehensive workout tracker aimed at making your fitness data-driven, fun and optionally, social. Track any exercise (weightlifting, body-weight based cardio or even outdoor workouts like running, hiking or sailing) solo or with friends.

• Follow popular workout programs, or create your own. Any weightlifting program spanning weeks or months can be represented on Titan using reps, rep ranges, AMRAP, RPE and other constructs.
• Save progress pictures to track your results
