Our app offers a neuroscience informed approach to syncing with and tracking the symptoms of your menstrual or perimenopausal cycle. Our app also guides pairing and session running with Nettle,™ our wearable headband clinically proven and certified to reduce period pain and PMS symptoms.
PERSONALISED INSIGHTS: Insights about your cycle symptoms, including integrated sleep and activity statistics from other wearables and Apple or Google Health accounts. This lets you set phase-specific goals that are right for your body, lifestyle and mind.
SYMPTOM TRACKING: Track your symptoms to understand how your cycle influences your mood, physical symptoms, and cognitive performance. Predicting these symptom patterns can help you live your life in harmony with your cycle.
EUDAIMONIA CENTRE: Guided moments and modules founded in neuroscience for each of the phases in your cycle. Always a good place to be during your Nettle™ session for a calming reset.
CYCLE SYNC: Our proprietary algorithm that helps you integrate Nettle™ into your everyday life.
All app features require a Samphire membership. If you are not already a Samphire member, you will be prompted to purchase a membership through the App Store as part of the onboarding experience. A free membership is included with all purchases of Nettle™ while inventory lasts.
