Doesn’t seem to work

I love the idea behind it and if I’m not mistaken this is a solo project, which is impressive and I do want to support and encourage. However, it doesn’t seem to work with my devices once I leave the house and I’m trying to access my old phone camera through my main phone. Works just fine if I’m in the vicinity but not if I’m away using my data instead of the home WiFi.
