Appena entrata su Pingo Ai ho provato ad avere una conversazione in italiano ho provato tante volte a cliccare conversazione ma l’app è come se non andava e mi dà molto fastidio questa cosa anche se io vedo molte belle cose però adesso però questa recensione mi dispiace perché mi sembra una bella però non va non va

Sketchy payment
I tried the app with the free week trial. It’s a good app, it works fine, it’s helpful. But I received no notification about having to pay 80 euros since my week was done (I got the notif from the card app and thank god I didn’t have enough money in it). Now, I immediately cancelled my subscription and deleted the app, but there was just no need to be so subtle about the end of the free week trial and the payment… and I sincerely hope that, since I’ve deleted the app too late, I’m not going to have to pay that crazy amount of money for nothing

L’app non mi ha fatto fare NIENTE perchè mi chiedeva subito di pagare cosa che è un peccato perchè avevo sentito dire che era molto funzionale però potevano direttamente creare l’app a pagamento e basta.

Assolutamente bocciato si blocca quando parla e non vi dico dalla pubblicità persiste le notifiche non hanno orario dove dicono “nessuna pressione “ caldamente sconsigliata, per non parlare degli insulti che dava quando sbagli una piccola pronuncia. Mamma mia ragazzi CHE AMAREZZA !!!(scaricate Duolingo ) . Questa applicazione è a pagamento una cosa assurda mi sento amareggiata

Overpriced
For 100$ I was excepting the best.
It crashes a lot of times if I use it and I open the notifications settings, it’s very repetitive in the topics and sometimes she evens talks for like 3-4 minutes straight before actually making you talk.
More than that, it happened that sometimes I clearly said the sentence wrong but she said “wow good job you did very well!” Lol.

Doesn’t work
I paid yesterday and already crashed without possibility to go on studying . Also even when I talk wrong it says I’m really good . I know a bit of the language I’m learning and I did mistakes on porpoise . If this is the way to teach then we have a problem here . Anyway after only few hours learning and after paying, doesn’t work . I expect at least a refund for the money lost

Waste of money!
It’s a waste of money. The teaching section is not organized at all — lessons are scattered, and she never seems to remember what she has taught, constantly repeating previous topics. The role-play section is the same; she keeps using the same repetitive content, even when you level up. In my opinion, it’s really just throwing money away.

I understand that you need the money to keep it on since its a very good app but most people try to learn something and almost every app requires subscription nowadays and its just very expensive. Also, requiring to pay reduced my will to learn, at least for me.
