Skyscraper Tycoon gives you the opportunity to manage a growing urban empire. Start with a modest foundation and turn it into a towering masterpiece through strategic floor construction. Each new level requires careful planning and investment. As your building gets taller, construction costs increase dramatically.
Design each floor with five different types of spaces: residential apartments, office spaces, retail stores, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Each has unique characteristics and income potential. Balance your layout to maximize revenue and satisfy tenant needs.
Tenant management is crucial. Attract a variety of tenants and monitor their satisfaction, which directly affects your reputation and income. Satisfied tenants pay more and stay longer.
Dynamic weather and seasons add complexity. Weather conditions affect revenue multipliers—sunny days increase retail revenue, while storms decrease productivity. Seasons bring bonuses: summer increases retail revenue, while winter is favorable for residential spaces.
Global upgrades improve your tower. Install air conditioning, elevators, security systems, and advertising networks. They affect every floor, creating a powerful synergistic effect.
Negotiate contracts, manage expenses, and collect daily rewards for increasing revenue. Daily login rewards include temporary income multipliers ranging from 1.2x to 5.0x for 1 hour, helping you maximize your earnings. The game continues when you are away and calculates revenue offline. Master financial planning and build the perfect skyscraper.
