1 Information Collection & Use

We collect images you upload (solely to provide AI-generated results) and device data (e.g., IP address, crash logs) to maintain service performance.

2 Facial Data Commitment

• Used only for visual effects, never for identification or tracking.

• Original images are permanently deleted from our servers immediately after processing.

• We never sell or share your biometric data with third parties.

3 Subscriptions & Payments

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Fees will be charged to your App Store account prior to renewal.

• Cancellation: You must manage and cancel your subscription via your device’s App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. We cannot process cancellations directly.

• Refunds: All fees paid are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or App Store policy.
