The worst service ever seen in ticketing
Genesis tickets in London next March, show postponed, transferred by other user have disappeared in my account. No chance to get in touch to help desk, refusing to provide any explanation. I totally discourage any usage of this service/provider, I am evaluating to sue them.

Worst app that I ever seen
For several hours my friend tried to transfer me the ticket , but apparently I couldn’t get my ticket yet and the support office just told us to keep trying.
But the real problem is this app that doesn’t work at all.

Ticket transfers don’t work
I cannot transfer ticket to other people (a major issue, since it forces me to access the venue with them because there’s apparently no alternative to the app).
I contacted the support twice and I got no response.
Worst user experience I can think of.
