Finalmente il rilevamento solo persone e zone flessibili anche su dispositivi a batteria!! La quinta stella quando implementeranno la possibilità di integrare in Apple HomeKit. L’app è ancora un po’ lenta a mandare lo streaming video per quello hanno “RapidRng” che funziona benissimo.

Non funziona il chime senza internet

C’è stata un’alluvione e siamo senza internet da 3 giorni. Ebbene il Chime senza internet non funziona e quindi non sento se suonano alla porta. Essendo sia Video Doorbell 2 che Chime collegati allo stesso Wi-Fi, se suonano il campanello Chime deve suonare perché per la sola funzione di campanello internet non serve.

Non funziona più

Dopo ultimo aggiornamento per ios non si connette più nella vista in diretta pur avendo linea e segnale apposto!
Se dovete peggiorare le cose dopo aggiornamento non fatelo proprio!!!
Spero in un ulteriore urgente aggiornamento che sistemi questa cosa!

Spotlight Camera Battery

I just installed a spotlight camera battery, the HD video is good, but it would be best if we could lower the resolution, especially with weak Internet lines.

After a few weeks of use, and some emails with the support, I can only say that it's missing the chance to turn off the camera when it doesn't need to, so that it can save the battery. In the last update of a few days ago, they inserted the possibility of turning off the audio recording: It is a good thing, it is in the right direction. Now, we need to add the possibility of disabling video recording and motion sensor, and then total deactivation: It must be able to stay in standby, where the only active link is Wi - Fi to make automatic updates and so that you can continue to handle it with the app.

No simple procedure for wifi password update

I have recenty updated wifi password on my home network, struggled to update it on my devices. If I choose use same network as in the past, the system automatically picks up the old password. It took me a while to try to answer “no” in this step even if the network is the same. Chime and floodlight cam reconnected, but the doorbell - there’s no way to get it reconnected cause in the app there’s status “poor wifi connection”, even if in fact there’s no connection at all. So no way to get it connected again. Very poor app.

Fantastico

fantastic device !!! it would be nice to listen and speak not in handsfree but in privacy. Same voice messages as Whatsapp.

Funziona bene ma...

Funziona bene ma è troppo invasivo il messaggio in basso che avvisa del servizio cloud scaduto. Se non ti abboni c’è sempre quel fastidioso banner in basso. Inoltre avrei gradito poter avere il crop sull’immagine derivata dal grandangolare.

Connessione “casuale“

La connessione in live view è possibile definirla casuale, lenta e funziona una volta su dieci, nove volte dice: cannot connect, retry or more info.
La rete per inciso è molto veloce e stabile. La piccola dlink si connette sempre senza problemi

Buona ma...

Buongiorno, sono abbastanza contento. Quello che non mi soddisfa per nulla è che i primi secondi di registrazione del motion detection non si vedono rendendo inutile tale attività.

Not so good

The camera is not-so-HD, the motion detection feature sends alerts always with a delay of minutes, the audio is too low.

Need of urgent upgrade

Since last upgrade it became unstable and slow. Live view is super slow to activate and motion activation does not work well. My wifi is very fast and works perfectly. I did not change anything since last app update.

Ottimo prodotto, eccellente il Team di sviluppo e assistenza

Ho acquistato un anno fa Ring Doorbell sulla carta, quando ancora non era in commercio, sapevo che all'inizio sarebbe stato un prodotto acerbo, che alcune funzionalità sarebbero state implementate a step nel tempo, ma ora confermo che è un prodotto eccellente, sotto il profilo del design, delle finiture e delle funzionalità ma sopratutto ha un Team che sta alle spalle del progetto che segue e costantemente migliora le prestazioni del prodotto facendo tesoro dei feedback dei clienti, oltre questo sono disponibili ed efficaci a risolvere ogni vostro dubbio e problema.
Gli aggiornamenti firmware sono stati costanti e ogni volta è stata introdotta una miglioria o una nuova funzionalità. E altre ne arriveranno, il prodotto rileva gli aggiornamenti dal loro server e li scarica ed installa automaticamente.
Un mio consiglio per sfruttare a pieno le potenzialità del prodotto, per avere un video fluido e con bassa latenza è quello di avere una connessione ad internet con banda in upload di almeno 512 Kb/s meglio se di 1 Mb/s.

Il futuro del campanello. Oggi

Ho il Ring da 6 mesi, e dopo una prima fase con chiari problemi di gioventù, posso dire che si tratta di un ottimo prodotto che fa quello che promette, se messo nelle condizioni di farlo, ovviamente.
Se avete un buon segnale Wi-Fi in esterno (io ho dovuto mettere un extender) e avete una buona connessione internet che supporti almeno 2M in upload, allora otterrete ottimi risultati video e audio.
La App è di facile gestione.
Il motion detection semplicemente funziona.
Il cloud recording è molto bello, anche se non bisogna dimenticare che costa 3 euro al mese. A me è già servito per segnalare un disservizio con la raccolta della spazzatura...
