A crew of mannequins on a ship found adrift near the Farallon Islands, a crashed plane in Yosemite with more on board than is supposed to be there and an antique jewelry box that once held Dracula’s heart all point to an imminent triple-threat bioterrorism attack on multiple targets in San Francisco, including the President. Former disgruntled government agent Dr. Harvey Weinberg may be involved in creating the bioweapon, but as he says "I'm not mad, I'm just getting even".
